In the case of cancellation due to weather, ifarm will make every effort to reschedule the cancelled class. If we cannot reschedule, all attendees will receive a full refund for their ticket. If we reschedule and an attendee cannot make the new date, we will refund their ticket.
In the case of cancellation or rescheduling, ifarm will send out an email to all registrants at least 12 hours before the event. We will also send out an update on our facebook page.
If an attendee wishes to cancel their ticket, they must request a refund 24 hours prior to the event. Refunds requested within 24 hours of the event will not be granted. Refunds will be issued electronically through PayPal to the same credit card account number through which the ticket was originally purchased.
